Pre-Wedding
Checklist
The
following agenda should be used when preparing the particulars
of your wedding reception.
4-6
Months Before Your Reception
The Director
of Sales & Catering will be contacting you approximately four
to six months before your wedding to make an appointment to
create your menu. Remember, Alpine Country Club can personalize
any type of menu that you wish, there are no boundaries. You
should also be prepared, at this time, to make arrangements
in coordinating your rehearsal dinner which will take place
the night before your wedding. After your menu has been chosen,
you will be receiving an estimated bill by mail. This bill is
only an estimate, however 50% of the estimated balance is due
at this time.
4-6
Weeks Before Your Reception
The
Director of Sales & Catering will contact you approximately
four to six weeks before your wedding to go over the details
that we will need to know in preparing for your special day.
At this time we will verify all specifications including menu,
bar service, rentals, an approximate number of people in attendance,
arrival time, cocktail hour, dinner time, and your selection
of linen and napkin color.
10
Days Before Your Reception
Ten days before your wedding the Director of Sales & Catering
must be given your guaranteed final number of meals, including
the bridal party and band, and final number of tables in order
for all rentals to be confirmed. This should be broken down on
the floor plan sheet which we have provided. Once we have received
your final count information you should be prepared to pay the
balance that is due and an estimated cost of beverages, if necessary.
2-4 Days Prior To Your Reception
Two
to four days before your wedding you must bring all items needed
for the day of your wedding reception. This includes seating
cards, guest book and pen, envelope basket, toast glasses, cake
knife, favors, napkins, matches, etc.
The
Night Before Your Wedding
The
Alpine Country Club will be delighted to host your rehearsal
dinner at a 25% discount.
Your
Wedding Day
Please advise your florist, baker, and band that they are to
set up no more than 1-1/2 hours before your scheduled arrival
time on the day of your wedding. An itemized bill will be mailed
to you the week following your wedding with any deposits and
pre-payments deducted, and also any additions that may be necessary
due to an open bar balance or added bottles of wine. If the
Alpine Country Club owes you a refund, a check will be mailed
to you.
The
Alpine Country Club wishes you the best of luck and complete
happiness in your marriage.
