Membership Categories

Membership Designations:� Single �A� � Family �A� � Family �AA� � Family �AB��

Single �A� Member shall be unmarried.

Family �A� Membership shall be for those individuals who are married and whose spouse does not play golf.

Family �AA� Membership entitles both husband and wife access to the golf course at prime times.� Both husband and wife would pay full dues and other charges.

Family �AB� Membership �the �A�� member would have prime time access to golf course and �B� member would have limited playing times.

Voting Golf Membership �������������������� �����������������������������������������������

Full membership including golf for the primary �A� member, pool and dining privileges for the member, spouse and children living at home through the age of 21 (25 if student).� To obtain this classification you must be a subscribing member for at least one year.� Further requires partitioning the Board of Directors for approval and the purchase of a share of stock .�

Subscribing Golf Membership over 35 ����������������������� �����������������������

Full membership including golf for the primary �A� member, pool and dining privileges for the member, spouse and children living at home through the age of 21 (25 if student).� .�

Intermediate Sub Golf (25-35) �����������������������������������������������

Full membership includes golf for the primary �A� member, pool, and dining privileges for the member, spouse and children living at home.� Automatic change to Subscribing Golf at the age of 35.

Social Membership�����������������������������������������������������������������������������

Membership to include dining and pool privileges for the member and spouse and any children at home under the age of 21 (25 if student).� Golf privileges restricted to the primary member only and only 2 times per month with the payment of applicable greens fees.

Priority Sub-Golf Membership (open to children of Stockholders)������

Memberships open to sons, sons-in-law and daughters of Voting Golf members who have attained the age of 21.� Privileges include golf for the primary member, pool and dining for spouse and any children at home.� If coming off parent�s membership, no initiation fee would apply. Dues vary according to age.

Corporate Membership����������������������������������������������������������� �����������

Membership entitles four (4) designated Corporate employees to all clubhouse & pool facilities with golfing privileges restricted as follows:� Wednesday & Friday tee times to begin before 11:00am and after 2:00pm, Weekends and Holidays, after 2:00pm.� Golf is limited to 1 foursome per day.� All billing is to the Corporation.
